Questions worth asking
before you commit
Do I have to retype my Excel file?
No. Import the file and map your columns to Vextory fields, including any custom fields you add. You see a preview first, and the import is all-or-nothing: if a single row is wrong, nothing is saved and you fix it before trying again.
Do I need an internet connection?
Yes. Your stock is saved online, not on the phone, so you need a connection to check it and update it. If the connection drops, a banner lets you know.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Your stock movement ledger and your account settings stay readable. You simply cannot write to them any more. And your data is still yours: subscribed or not, write to us at contact@vextory.com and we will send you a copy. Exporting straight from the app is coming soon.
